At SUSAN BIJL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your colorful new purchase. If an item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unwashed condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days to your original payment method.
